Eye4Fraud's customer service and customer experience is fantastic. I was closely connected with our account manager the whole time, and he made every effort to ensure we were satisfied. It looks a bit outdated and I wish that it was a bit easier to navigate. I also wish that it gave some more information about the reviewed orders like some of the competitor programs do. What do you dislike about Evereye? Nothing to report here yet. We have not had a chargeback since we began using the system, so I do not know how well they respond to covering it. East to install and the sales team has been very attentive to all questions and needs I have. Customized the backend to only insure the transactions I needed and not the ones I didn't.
