Occasionally an international order takes longer to be insured, but it is usually approved or denied within a day. If it's not insured we don't ship the order! They have solved the problems that we were having with chargebacks of orders that had been shipped! The credit card companies always award in favor of the buyer and never the seller. Eye4Fraud has put a rest to worrying about us shipping out orders that we will receive chargebacks on due to credit card fraud, which was a real problem for us. Our account rep has been so helpful in helping us to understand what measures to take to combat fraud and also getting things set up correctly. Set up was easy and didn't disrupt operations. Everything about this software works incredibly well and if there are any issues there customer support team is ready to answer at any time of the day within minutes. This software helps us on a daily basis and helps us understand our customers on a different type of level as well. They integrate very simply and are professionals in there space. Before using Eye4Fraud, we had to dedicate many hours of research in order to validate each and every order. And we still got some wrong. Eye4Fraud gave us peace of mind. They're fast at reviewing and approving orders, have been extremely responsive with refunds for the very very small number of fraudulent orders that have slipped through, and now our business has a reputation for not letting fraud go through so we see less attempts. Whenever we've had issues they are extremely fast to respond, and their rates are significantly cheaper than attempting to perform this ourselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. We've had a few glitches with their WooCommerce plug-in, however both our account manager and the dev's are extremely responsive with getting these resolved, and we're seeing definite improvements as this plug-in matures. We were attempting to do fraud detection ourselves, which was resulting in either canceling legitimate orders, wasting time trying to validate orders, or taking too long to confirm if something is legitimate or not causing us to miss out on filling a product if it was being drop-shipped.
