Overall, the product has worked flawlessly so far. We have noticed a customer who ships to various other individuals and must be selling and dropshipping from our site. This service immediately stopped all fraud transactions at a time when we were exponential growth in fraudulent transactions. Has eliminated almost all of the stress of worrying about fraud purchases. Integrates directly with our website to scan and approve transactions before they are sent to us for shipping. We have had multiple purchases that were flagged as Fraud and we proceeded to cancel and refund. Saved us from potential loss of product and loss of money / time dealing with the chargebacks. We had one fraud purchase get through their system. We contacted Eye4Fraud and provided all the requested info. It's comforting to know that Eye4Fraud is there in the background, monitoring my sales and making sure that I'm not taking any unecessary risks. I've been a victim to credit card fraud before, and it's really unpleasant. Eye4Fraud are responsive to my needs, act quickly and take the risks, so that I don't have to.
