**What do you like best about Evercontact?**

I think the service is easy to use and offers great support. It's nice to come across simplicity in software applications. I like that none of my contacts were lost.

**What do you dislike about Evercontact?**

I am still learning all of the tools offered. As of now. There is nothing to dislike. It's hard to find dislikes to an application that is so likable. It makes work easier.

**Recommendations to others considering Evercontact:**

Learn all the little things

**What problems is Evercontact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was keeping contacts - never losing any and never having to worry about lost contact info. These are just the beginning of the benefits I am realizing. As I progress as a user, I'm sure my list will grow.

Nothing anymore. It used to be great. Now, I can't get it to work.

The service will not save to Google Contacts.

Time copying signatures to Google Contacts.

**What do you like best about Evercontact?**

Nothing. I am not a pleased customer. Please read the cons

**What do you dislike about Evercontact?**

I paid for the product, and was genuinely interested in using it. I badly needed a fix for some issues I was having with my contacts list. At best, the software was buggy, and it wasn't the solution I needed. I paid anyway, chocking it up to a loss.

Fast forward one year... Without any notification, I get a surprise renewal charge. I understand this happens, and is usually very easy to fix. I contacted Evercontact on the exact day that the charge was debited from my account, requesting  my account be cancelled, and a refund. I obviously wasn't trying to game them or anything, I contacted them as quick as I could, and was very polite and professional in my email.

I was SHOCKED when my request was denied, especially in the impersonal manner in which it happened.

Evercontact basically told me I should have known better, and that I should have received an email notification from them about an upcoming renewal, which I didn't. I keep every email I get and couldn't find it.

To this moment, I haven't received anything from Evercontact to let me know that they have any interest in my customer experience whatsoever.

I offer this as a warning that their business probably thrives off of doing this to customers.

**Recommendations to others considering Evercontact:**

Stay away. I have a feeling their business model thrives off of doing this to clients. If not, they should offer a 15 day grace period, or something similar

None. The product was a waste of money

Nothing.  Never got the product to work.  

**What do you dislike about Evercontact?**

Everything.  Never got the product to work and never could get support to respond to multiple requests.  I requested a refund nearly a year ago only to learn this week that I was billed again via auto-renew.  Upon contacting Evercontact, I was told by their support team that they were able to cancel my account but that they would not be issuing a refund.  Absolute turd of a product backed by a rectum of a company.

**Recommendations to others considering Evercontact:**

**What do you like best about Evercontact?**

As soon as I receive an email Evercontact creates or updates the contact. No more errors with typos. All contacts are automatically entered accurately.


**What do you dislike about Evercontact?**

It would be helpful if you could scan business cards in to add contacts.

**What problems is Evercontact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Evercontact updates and creates contacts based on email signatures of the emails that you receive. This is helpful when searching for contacts.

**What do you like best about Evercontact?**

It helps to pull the majority of the information about the contact and saves a lot of time. 

**What do you dislike about Evercontact?**

Oftentimes I found that it would leave out key information or have trouble identifying the information or pulling it if they had a more complex signature input as an image. 

**Recommendations to others considering Evercontact:**

I would start with the free trial and see if it makes sense and saves you time. The time savings were there for our company, but not enough to pay for the product.

Solving the problem of needing to take time to pull information from leads and new contacts. Benefits realized have been time saving.

the integration was easy to set up with the chrome extension

there wasn’t enough around contacts you didn’t have already.

if you have a lot of contacts and looking to keep that updated this is good

**What do you like best about Evercontact?**

The ease of use. It's works in the background silently keeping you organized. Updates let you know that the software is fining people you have dealt with in a long time. I find I am always surprised by what contacts get found/synced.  Being on Google apps it had me my contacts much cleaner.  I can see the business version being an excellent choice for larger companies.


**What do you dislike about Evercontact?**

The Freemium is a little confusing but service is excellent and all questions were answered. I would like the adoption or more CRM's. We use Streak and MixMax for the easy customization. Evercontact connected would be a great help for our sales automation environment. I would like to know more types of integrations are on their road map.

**Recommendations to others considering Evercontact:**

Larger companies in sales would find this invaluable. Customers and client contacts in a shared environment would really increase your closing time.

**What problems is Evercontact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Multiple people need to have some of the same contacts on our businesses. This looks like a great to centralize the management of all of our clients. We have a a great deal of email coming in on a daily basis. Having a silent partner stripping that data in to contacts saves us a lot of time.

**What do you like best about Evercontact?**

Analysis of email signatures works really well and is incredibly time saving. Another killer feature, to me, is automatic syncing: really helpful and easy to use.
Compatibility with Google, Outlook and Office 365 lets the user deal with quite a few different options.

**What do you dislike about Evercontact?**

A few glitches occured, even if my overall experience was mostly smooth.
For personal use I wouldn't recommend going on paid plans, because they may be a bit expensive for a single "home" user (of course, YMMV based on how valuable the service is considered). Firms could well consider them, of course.
An Android app is much needed nowadays (hopefully it should be available in a short time, as the website claims).

**Recommendations to others considering Evercontact:**

Going for the free version is the best approach, to my eyes: you get the basic experience and can evaluate properly if moving to paid plans is needed and/or worth it.

**What problems is Evercontact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It let me manage contacts in a very simple way. I find the email signature a terrific means for this matter and it could be the killer feature (it was for me and I am still using it after a while, mostly for this reason).
It can be really time saving, for a user that has to deal with many contacts.

I like how it automatically scans for contact information and updates the records. 

**What do you dislike about Evercontact?**

The way you view contacts is a little weird, I think a list view would be great here. 

**Recommendations to others considering Evercontact:**

Check it out, it's easy to use and it keeps all your contacts in one spot. Automatically pulls the information from your emails as well. You can also use multiple email accounts if you pay for another version.

**What problems is Evercontact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This pretty much makes an e-rolodex for me instead of having to keep updating everyone's contact info.

**What do you like best about Evercontact?**

It works in the background and does the trick. Our CRM ties into Google Contacts so it's helpful to have everything updated as soon as that first contact is made.

**What do you dislike about Evercontact?**

As with any product it seems like the syncing and accuracy can always be improved.

**Recommendations to others considering Evercontact:**

It's pretty risk free, so definitely worth a shot.

It automates a small slice of our sales pipeline / CRM tasks.
