The ability to set up multiple ticket tiers with automated open/close scheduling and per-tier seat caps - all without manual intervention. We ran three tiers with different pricing, access controls, and seat limits. EventHex let us configure everything upfront so the tiers opened and closed on their own schedule. We could also restrict specific tiers to private links or promo codes, which was key for giving our community early access before going public. EventHex replaced that entirely. For our event, we configured everything upfront: tier-specific pricing, seat caps, open/close dates, and access restrictions for our community-exclusive early tier via private links. Once set up, it ran automatically. No manually flipping tiers, no watching seat counts, no attendee friction at checkout. The bigger benefit is focus. When ticketing is handled cleanly, the organizing team can spend time on the actual event, speakers, content, logistics, instead of babysitting a registration page. What I like most about EventHex.ai is that it brings the entire event management process into one platform, making our workflow much more efficient. We rely on it heavily for event registrations, participant management, marketing campaigns, and attendee communication, which has reduced our dependence on multiple disconnected tools. The platform’s interface is clean and intuitive, so it’s easy for both organizers and attendees to navigate. Setting up registrations, managing participant data, and communicating with attendees can all be done quickly without extensive training. This ease of use has helped our team save a lot of time during both event planning and execution. A major strength is how well EventHex.ai centralizes event operations. From registration management to promotional activities and attendee communications, everything is available in one place. Additionally, some workflows require navigating through multiple screens, which can slow down execution when managing large-scale events with a high volume of registrations. We used EventHex for our “Design Like a Pro” workshop. The platform was simple, intuitive, and the support team gave justice to their name through "support". Even with all the features packed in, we mainly used it for ticketing and the implementation was easy too; moreover, it worked smoothly for us and for our attendees.
