**What do you like best about Eventbee?**

I like Eventbee because of its simple UI. We can create an event within seconds and Eventbee also provides two types of registrations, paid and free, which is very helpful. It also includes booking of 2 modes, virtual and onsite. Finally, Eventbee is an excellent platform for making a ticket-based event.

**What do you dislike about Eventbee?**

I would suggest to reduce the cost. Cost is too expensive for the services Eventbee provides, and there is no option for call support. Sometimes Call support is necessary, which is not offered here.

**What problems is Eventbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For every event, we need a platform to sell our tickets. Eventbee is a simple solution. It is straightforward to use. We can start selling the tickets on WordPress too. I create websites with WordPress because it's a no-code platform, and Eventbee provides a plugin for WordPress by which we can sell tickets simply.

**What do you like best about Eventbee?**

*easily create events for within seconds by adding simple details.
*It has option to create a virtual or select from map for a location.
*it can be integrated easily within no time.

**What do you dislike about Eventbee?**

*It has no inbuilt templetes to select from, all we have fill it maually.
*There has to be some dashboard for quick understanding of your work.
*customer support has to be more quick.

*I used it for event management and ticket booking purpose so it can wasily help me to solve my problems for reaching customer and manage data of ticketing easily.

**What do you like best about Eventbee?**

I am delighted with Eventbee because it helps me organize my event very efficiently, and I can also design my event registration page, which is a great option. Eventbee also provides many features like priority registration, attendee badges, etc, which are helpful.

**What do you dislike about Eventbee?**

I don't find any dislikes with Eventbee. Eventbee is fantastic as it has affordable pricing plans, a user-friendly dashboard with many features, and good customer support.

**What problems is Eventbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing an event is complicated nowadays, but with Eventbee, this complication has become so simple as we can organize our event with just a few clicks. In my personal experience, I needed to schedule an event every week with the help of Eventbee it became so easy.

**What do you like best about Eventbee?**

These are the good ones about Event Bee
1. Easy to understand & Use
2. Affordable due to flat fees
3. Lot of Integrations
4. Good Support Response
5. Lot of features. (I keep on finding new ones everytime.)

**What do you dislike about Eventbee?**

Here are the difficult things
1. Takes time to learn
2. Not all features are available in all plans
3. Customer Support is good but can get slow sometimes. 
Rest assured its the best if you master it.

Eventbee is a good event management platform that offers a variety of features and integrations. It is a good option for businesses and organizations of all sizes. My organization used it for a lot of ticketing for our product conferences.

**What do you like best about Eventbee?**

Eventbee has been a very useful tool for me in my daily and work life because of its ability to help me book and attend events all on one app; works very well and would keep using it.

**What do you dislike about Eventbee?**

The thing I don't like about Eventbee is how it isn't always accurate with what event exactly I am going to be attending, I need precise directions for what I will be doing at events.

**What problems is Eventbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me to plan events and attend events more efficiently; this is something I have wanted to be able to do with other companies for a while but wasn't able to.

**What do you like best about Eventbee?**

It's a no-frills easy-to-use event management platform with an affordable fee structure. Ideal for mid-sized events. We mostly use it to schedule virtual events but it has the option for on-site as well.

**What do you dislike about Eventbee?**

The support is lacking as mostly only email-based support is available and the resolution time is rather long. Also, the event scheduler while simple to use requires some feature additions which makes it easier to modify event parameters once a event has been scheduled.

**What problems is Eventbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for an affordable event registration platform which we could use to sell kore of our banking products webinar series to north american clients. Most of the competition we looked at were prohibitively expensive but Eventbee was perfect for our use.

Eventbee has the best feature called Streamline Event Management, and one more is Flexible credit card processing both of them plays vital role in my business.

**What do you dislike about Eventbee?**

They may need to reduce a bit of price to reach a wide range of users.

Eventbee solved one of my issues in credit card processing, I have process issues in that particular thing, and now it is sorted.

It's a great ticketing platform where the pricing is the main selling point I am a satisfied customer by using event bee they support 130 countries and we could even localise the languages

**What do you dislike about Eventbee?**

The extra fee that event bee charges for the credit card is the one that I dislike the most.

**What problems is Eventbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I usually use event bee for my own purpose for scheduling the ticket booking the main problem it solves for me is the real time ticket tracking system I can easily see how many tickets I have sold.

**What do you like best about Eventbee?**

I really like how it looks when I look at it on my website. As soon as I figured out how to put it up right, it turned out to be a pretty good platform. The cost structure is reasonable, and I appreciate that I can upgrade individual events or tickets as needed rather than having to do so universally. Since I primarily host small group events, being able to keep the expenses within my authorised budget is crucial.

**What do you dislike about Eventbee?**

The iOS app does not support offline check-in mode (without Internet access), only the Android app does. not much to report, everything is well as far I see, may be some UI improvements would be better

**What problems is Eventbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It becomes really challenging to ensure that every region is ideal whenever there is an occasion. When it comes to personalising, controlling, and selling tickets all in one location, Eventbee has a lot of capabilities. Regularly collecting the membership fee is a pretty great function.

**What do you like best about Eventbee?**

Every single thing related to the event is organized and we can cover all the platforms. If we are focusing to sell in multiple ways, they have a one-time arrangement for that.

**What do you dislike about Eventbee?**

They can actually show a dashboard wherein the event managers can track all the activities been done and the data on the sale of tickets coming in from various social media handles.

**What problems is Eventbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whenever there is an event, it gets really difficult to make sure all the areas are perfect. Eventbee has a lot of capabilities with regards to selling tickets, personalizing, and managing in one place. Collecting the membership fee on a regular basis is a really good feature.

The pricing and platform is what attracted me to the website.

**What do you dislike about Eventbee?**

That Eventbee has had the proceeds from my ticket sales for over 4 months. No one will answer a phone call or respond to an email to advise me of when I should expect to receive my check. I've left several voice-mails and emails.

Eventbee has caused many problems that I am now trying to solve.

**What do you like best about Eventbee?**

I really like how it appears visually on my website. Once I worked out how to set it up correctly then it has proven to be a very good platform. I am happy with the fee structure and ability to upgrade where needed on single events/tickets rather than having to upgrade across the board. This allows me to keep the fees within my allocated budget which is important as I only hold small group events.

**What do you dislike about Eventbee?**

It was quite difficult to setup. I don't like that the only way to contact is via email and that there isn't any phone support. In saying that, when I searched other event management options I couldn't find any others with phone support either. There was no way to test it with Stripe but once I contacted support they provided a work around option, it wasn't the best option but it solved the problem. Testing is important and should be addressed please.

**Recommendations to others considering Eventbee:**

It's a very good contender when stacked up against other event software that I had researched. I am only having small events so wanted to keep costs/fees as low as possible whilst still having a professional appearance. Definitely worth the time to work out the setup and implement.

**What problems is Eventbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing me to provide a ticketing option for my workshops at a reasonable cost. The process is quite simple for the end user. The ability to style the tickets to suit my theme is a bonus. there are some really good features that I haven't' tapped into yet e.g social media

**What do you like best about Eventbee?**

The user interface is intuitive and allows for customization of event pages.
I also like the ability to create your own event URL and the payment options.

**What do you dislike about Eventbee?**

Some of the more desired features, like venue seating, require the higher priced ticket options. I wish there was a base level functionality of all features so you could at least try them out prior to committing to them.
It seems as though once you "upgrade" you cant go back to the previous account level for that particular event.

**Recommendations to others considering Eventbee:**

Advanced features will require you to pay more per ticket.

**What problems is Eventbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A non-profit org that I'm a member of is hosting a gala. We needed an event page with ability for patrons to purchase tickets and for us to be able to keep track of those purchases.
Eventbee was able to do all that was required and more.
