We are working in old version, not using Evam X, latest one. The main inconvenience is that campaign manager have to deploy the developed campaign to local server. I don't like that scenario flow components in Evam cannot be copied and reused. It is frustrating to have to build the same campaign flow from scratch for multiple campaigns when there should be an option to copy components from other scenarios. I like that Evam is really fast with everything they're doing. The decisioning is very up to date, and they keep on improving and growing, which helps me as well. I mean, my opinion is that if they get bigger, they should keep the quality they're providing now as a startup. That's the only thing that I think could be improved.
