What do you like best about Evam?

Firstly, the tool for business owner (campaign managers, CVM specialists), they can use it to set up event based campaigns in short time few days for campaign in case the data is in the system without any IT involvement (very intuitive UI/UX).Secondly, it helps to improve personalization, which is crucial nowadays if the company wants to evolve. After implementation we've got significant uplift in conversion rate up to 8x vs standard broadcasts.The system worth to invest. Third it has lots of connectors, which help to integrated the datasources easily. All the data can be collected in realtime. What do you dislike about Evam?

We are working in old version, not using Evam X, latest one. The main inconvenience is that campaign manager have to deploy the developed campaign to local server. What do you like best about Evam?

I like using Evam for designing campaigns primarily through SMS, but also with push notifications as a secondary channel. It's great that Evam provides a platform for both campaign design and execution with features like instant push and cron jobs. Additionally, I enjoy the good-looking UI, which makes navigating around the platform a much easier and user-friendly experience. What do you dislike about Evam?

I don't like that scenario flow components in Evam cannot be copied and reused. It is frustrating to have to build the same campaign flow from scratch for multiple campaigns when there should be an option to copy components from other scenarios. What do you like best about Evam?

I like that Evam is really fast with everything they're doing. The decisioning is very up to date, and they keep on improving and growing, which helps me as well. Another cool aspect is the ease of setup; I didn't need to structure my data because they could do it for me, which was pretty awesome. I also appreciate that I don't need to learn to use the tech. I just know exactly what I want and put it in the maker agent, who does the job for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Evam?

I mean, my opinion is that if they get bigger, they should keep the quality they're providing now as a startup. That's the only thing that I think could be improved.
