"Deep Domain Knowledge and Cloud Expertise for Modernizing Our SaaS Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Euristiq?

How well they learned our domain and took ownership of it. Timesheet rules, overtime, rate codes and engagement budgets are full of edge cases, and a small mistake means a wrong invoice for our customers. After three years, the team handles most of this with very little input from us. They're fully embedded in how we work, with two-week sprints, daily stand-ups with our product owners, Jira and Slack, and they raise risks and unclear requirements before development starts. They also contribute to architecture decisions instead of just closing tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Euristiq?

Not much to mention. The collaboration has been consistent from day one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Custom software development for identity-verification platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Euristiq?

They combine the expertise in deep technical execution with platform-level thinking. The verification provider they integrated (Onfido/Entrust) doesn't return a simple pass/fail — it's a layered, detailed report — and Euristiq built decisioning logic on top of it that matched our exact fraud and compliance needs. Just as valuable, they architected the whole platform to be flexible enough for new clients and providers, which is why it's become our core product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Euristiq?

Given the scope and risk involved, we're satisfied with how smoothly everything went. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They integrated AI that works in the real world, not just in theory. They tested thoroughly, trained the system on our actual data, and made sure it handled our specific business scenarios. What do you like best about Euristiq?

Their AI app development approach was practical and business-focused. They didn't just add AI for the sake of having it. The recommendation system actually works, search results make sense, and the vendor verification saves us enormous manual effort. They also built the marketplace infrastructure properly from the start, so scaling isn't giving us nightmares. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Full-scale development of production-ready verification platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Euristiq?

Their attention to production readiness really stood out. They didn't just build features – they thought through security audits, performance optimization, and compliance from the beginning. What impressed us most was how they balanced speed with quality over those six months, delivering a system we felt confident launching. They understood that "working" and "production-ready" are two different standards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Euristiq?

Nothing to say here. They delivered exactly what we needed when we needed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5/5
What do you like best about Euristiq?

Their AI development expertise is practical, not theoretical. They focused on solving our actual business problem rather than overselling complex technology. The team explained AI concepts in business terms, delivered a working MVP quickly, and iterated based on real-world performance. They also built the solution to improve over time as it processes more data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
