What I dislike about ETQ is that it may seem slow to make a change once it has been initially set up. The process of updating workflows or documents is frequently associated with additional coordination. It is possible to experience the interface being cumbersome when going through the records of several, thus slowing down productivity during the busy days. I like most of what the product does well and as it is good at keeping track of and storing documents and it is relatively simple to add new users to the system. Also I was relieved to see that the office 365 integration did not automatically destroy my laptop as soon as I connected it to ETQ Reliance QMS. The user interface is an eyesore and the last time I saw something that looked similar to this was when I was using mosaic back in the early days of the internet. On top of that, the system is down at least once per month for an entire day or longer. This forces me to put off all of my tasks until the system comes back online. I use ETQ Reliance to handle document changes and approval routing and track my training activities and all other content stored on the platform. The system enables me to save time because we used to perform all work through paper based procedures. The search function needs multiple attempts to find specific documents because our large document collection makes it hard to locate the needed information. I am impressed with the fact that ETQ Reliance can cope with the complicated workflow. ETQ Reliance software application is easy to configure, use and has a flexible platform. It contains all elements as they pertain to a Quality Management System. With assistance from ETQ staff our company was able to customize the modules to meet our needs making use of advanced configuration.
