**What do you like best about eSolarCRM?**

It provides all the buisness activities related to lead management, invoice management, project management, installation module, stack management. Mainly with the buisness monitoring this have complete control over projects

**What do you dislike about eSolarCRM?**

Storage in esolar CRM is the disadvantage that only Amazon cloud can be implemented. Training provided by esolar CRM needs to be improved so that new users will be benefitted as much as possible

**What problems is eSolarCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customisation is best in esolar CRM. The whole system can be modified based on the need. Readily available Mobile app helps us to track the activities and the user can also update their work details directly on the system.
