## About iCon
iCON is a cloud-based server and services platform for managing connected iCEP/D systems and implementing innovative M2M (machine to machine) applications. Using built-in Internet connectivity, iCEP and iCED systems send notifications regarding elevator location, information, logs, events, alarms and more to the iCON server. Using the iCON, elevator companies and their technicians can react quickly and more effectively – thus significantly reducing service & operational costs

**What do you like best about iCon?**

When we had the Totalpass B600s from Icon, they were easy to manage in terms of access to managers as well as clocking in.

**What do you dislike about iCon?**

We had a situation where we lost a clock due to fingerprint scanning failure and in attempting to do a restore from backup, all the clocks failed to work, not good. And this was under Icon advising and there was no solution in the end other than to scrap the clocks and go to another model or company.

**What problems is iCon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Was timeclock reporting at the time.
