ergosight Reviews & Product Details

ergosight scores the musculoskeletal load of a work task: the posture, the weight, the grip, the repetition and the time, with the method's own score and action level and the evidence beside it. A general risk assessment squeezes ergonomics into one line. ergosight treats it as a task: you measure it, score it with a recognised method, improve the job and measure it again. TWELVE METHODS - REBA, RULA, OWAS, QEC, Strain Index and the revised lifting equation - Six Key Indicator Method forms: lifting and carrying, pushing and pulling, manual handling operations, whole-body forces, awkward postures, body movement - A method selector suggests the method that fits the job; every method has its datasheet - No score is given while an input is missing ANGLES ON YOUR OWN PHOTO - Photograph the real posture and mark the angles by hand; each angle falls into its grade
