**What do you like best about eRAD RIS?**

Scope of features giving a large range of workflow options.   Ability to easily interop with outside EMR systems.  Patient engagement, reminders, confirmations, online registration is very nice.

**What do you dislike about eRAD RIS?**

UI is outdated support can sometimes take a while.

**What problems is eRAD RIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patient scheduling, technologist workflow, radiology dictation.  Patient engagement and interaction.

**What do you like best about eRAD RIS?**

I think the software is really easy to use.  I like that it reminded me of there systems I used in my prior careers.

**What do you dislike about eRAD RIS?**

I think that eRAD is making its application more standard and not allowing for sites to be more of a unicorn.  I think this can slow innovation within an application.

**What problems is eRAD RIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This software is used as our PACs system to store and read images for the patients we serve.  We also use eRAD for unintended uses like mammogram tracking worklists.
