It is a great efficient and user-friendly tool. Equisoft has always evolved and improved the product. **What do you dislike about Equisoft/plan?** We do have a glitch with date of birth for children (it always moves by one day. The function to reflect corporate accounts could be improved. **What problems is Equisoft/plan solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use WealthElements, not Financial Analytics. It does a great job in organizing client balance sheets and produces long-term retirement projections. ### 2. I've been using this cloud software since 2008 and I couldn't do without it anymore. The dashboard is customizable and Shows you useful data. I still need to use more modules, but the "plan" software works well and helps with client analysis. Overall for me, I am quite pleased with this CRM and I hope to learn more about its functions. **What do you dislike about Equisoft/plan?** It had a bit of a learning curve, it takes practice. Having my agenda, contacts, e-mails, information about assets and commissions all at the same place is fantastic. **What do you dislike about Equisoft/plan?** The interface is a bit slow at times but not very often. **What problems is Equisoft/plan solving and how is that benefiting you?** No need to transfer correspondance in the client's file. All can be saved in Equisoft. E-mails ar directly linked to the client. ### 8. I enjoy the flow of the planning software. Why min and max characters in this box? **What do you dislike about Equisoft/plan?** There is a need to have a better insurance section and assets. My clients have investment properties, this is not as easy to imput. **What problems is Equisoft/plan solving and how is that benefiting you?** Clients want to see a plan, and this is an excellent plan to show them.
