You have all of your client data in one place, easy for note-taking and follow-up. The dashboard is customizable and Shows you useful data. I still need to use more modules, but the "plan" software works well and helps with client analysis. Overall for me, I am quite pleased with this CRM and I hope to learn more about its functions.
