There are a few minor bugs on their website admin inferface - for example I had a lot of trouble originally setting up 2FA. Also, I wish there was a way that updates to their product could just get automatically pushed out, instead of me needing to replace the generated embed code. The product is an easy upsell for clients to add to their websites even if I am not the original builder or if I am not their hosting complany. I enjoy the simple and intuitive setup for adding a new website. The process for adding the provided code to a website is relatively simple for a professional.
