I have no real issues with EqualWeb, this is a difficult problem to manage as I don't have much ability to check the work that is done. Luckily we have partners who can check and they have told us they did a great job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Okay, could have better support"

What do you like best about EqualWeb?

Equalweb provided us with an accessibility widget. They helped with the installation and helped walked us through the process of getting everything installed. Our widget worked well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EqualWeb?

Although their accessibility widget will put you at a significantly higher compliance level than nothing at all, no accessibility AI-widget ALONE on the market will fully remediate a website and prevent lawsuits. We were also promised a free 1k page scan, but it took multiple emails to finally get it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering EqualWeb:

If you are looking for a widget, it's great, if you are looking for full compliance, I recommend just getting a developer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EqualWeb solving and how is that benefiting you?

Equalweb is helping to solve website accessibility and making sure my website is compliant with WCAG 2.1, ADA, Section 508, AODA, EN 301549 and IS 5568. They also make installation easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You don’t need a developer for full compliance because EqualWeb is the only web accessibility vendor that fully complies with ADA standards and the latest WCAG guidelines. We do it faster and it is cost-effective. This we provide via our Managed compliance plan that integrates the automated solution and the scaled monitor solution supervised by our accessibility experts. For more details on this plan, please contact your account manager promptly.

Regarding your 1k-page scan, we apologize for any inconvenience. Our clients are able to conduct the scan themselves and receive an evaluation report within a few hours. Normally when the scan is requested via our support team it shouldn’t take more than 48 hours. Again, thanks for the feedback and we would be happy to further discuss the Managed plan with you.
