What problems is Epson Managed Print Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

They make it easy to print directly from your phone with no issues. I have not had a single issue using them, they have made my life easier by not pulling up my laptop and loading everything, i can just print directly from my phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Always have a strong wifi connection no walls or stuff between your printer so it can be quick when reconnecting thats the only thing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many best features which Epson Managed Print Services have.

Its cost effective, value for money, reliable solution, achive organisation needs and these are the few other benefits which we like about Epson Managed Print Services provide are giving print management solution, toner/ink management, help us to track our usage, remote management. Its easy to use the software. We dont require an IT expert for implemention and integration the implemention and integration part is easy and can be done with little IT knowledlge. We use it frequently almost daily we use and if we need assitance we contact their customer support for further assistance. Their suport system is good enough to resolve our queries. What do you dislike about Epson Managed Print Services?

We connect Epson to the cloud like Google drive, FTP, and more to print our documents. It has done its job well most of the time, while larger files may take a little while to process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Epson Managed Print Services?

I like that we can print anywhere. I have a WF-4730 business printer. It’s connected to Google drive and more apps, so we can print anywhere. We also scan and upload documents to the cloud within the printer. There’s no need for any external device or computer because it can all be accomplished on the printer itself. What do you dislike about Epson Managed Print Services?

There were some hiccups with connecting to the printer such as having to relogin into Google drive to connect my printer back. It was a little annoying whenever that happens. And it’s especially bothersome when you just scanned 20 pages then knowing that it failed to upload to Google drive. Epson should have warned us first that it failed to connect to Google drive instead of telling us at the very end when we were almost done scanning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Epson Managed Print Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

Epson has successfully printed documents form the cloud for us multiple times. We store a lot of files in Google drive and find it extremely convenient to be able to access them on Epson like a standalone device. We also can send scans to emails and Google drive.
