However, I have an issue with its Demo version which I find severely limited. Therefore, I am of the opinion that more features available in the main version should be added to give those trying it a little more comprehensive experience of Epic Pen. **Recommendations to others considering Epic Pen:** Those considering Epic Pen should opt for the full version straight away rather than having to start with the trial version since the Trial Version will give a skewed experience of Epic Pen. **What problems is Epic Pen solving and how is that benefiting you?** Epic Pen has enabled me solve the problem of having to install several other applications to make annotations on my screenshots. We state on the website main page and the faq it is for windows only, not Mac OS. The generic apple style monitor image does cause confusion however and we are removing it in our upcoming website update. We would like to develop a Mac version in future but obviously we have a few improvements we need to make elsewhere at the moment :) As for our support, I can only apologise, we are only a small 2 person company and are trying to switch support platforms at the moment. A few responses are falling through the cracks when we usually try our best to reply within 24hours if not instantly. Hopefully with our new website and support coming soon we can fix this.
