Even though I submitted irrefutable proof that I met the requirement, they will not refund. **What problems is Envira Gallery solving and how is that benefiting you?** none ### 2. This drag and drop gallery maker has good demos with good instructions. There are MANY additional addons: tags addon, watermarking addon, disable right-click addon, social media sharing addon, supersize lightboxes addon, albums addon, videos addon, slideshow addon, Lightroom addon, EXIF addon, password protect addon, client image proofing addon, and others! But where Envira Gallery truly shines is in customer service. I have sent several requests and had answers within an hour or so at most! Including providing custom CSS to help me get the look I wanted! **What do you dislike about Envira Gallery?** With so many options, starting can be a bit intimidating. I also found that when developing the site/galleries, it is best to disable all caching. This way, changes you make will show up when you preview your pages, galleries, and lightboxes. Within the Envira gallery plugin there you can also clear cache - but I found it much easier to turn off the caching while developing the galleries and previewing changes. **Recommendations to others considering Envira Gallery:** If you are considering buying a gallery manager for WordPress - I cannot give higher praise for the quality of customer service from Envira. **What problems is Envira Gallery solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Beaver Builder, and although there is a Beaver Builder (and an Elementor) addon - I found it easier to make my gallery settings within the plugin interface. You can make all image changes, layout changes, lightbox choices, caption and title choices, and mobile settings choices within the plugin interface. Once you save your preferences, you can preview the gallery as a separate page. Then when you have everything as you desire, you can add a simple shortcode to an HTML module within Beaver Builder. It couldn't be easier! You may also choose to copy the style of any single gallery to all other galleries on your site should you desire - this is an incredible time-saver when you are adding multiple galleries to a site. ### 3.
