Having used the platform for ISO 27001 audits, this reviewer found it greatly simplified evidence gathering and improved ongoing security visibility. While their experience is limited to the audit and documentation features, they have not encountered any major issues.

Cyberhhed gives us a clear strategy, plan and remediation roadmap for compliance. Rather than trying to work out what to tackle next, we have a structured path forward and can clearly see our priorities and progress. When day-to-day operations take priority, the platform captures where we left off, so we can easily pick things back up without losing momentum. Remediating one security control can also map across multiple frameworks, improving our overall cyber hygiene without duplicating effort. This is one of the best Agentic AI GRC platforms I've had the pleasure of using recently. Unlike other products I've used, Cyberheed's approach is to start by understanding how the organisation actually operates, then uses AI to run compliance continuously from there. The "Smart Prep" process is an absolute pleasure to use, and allows me (as a consultant) to build a really solid picture of the organisation before getting into the nitty-gritty of a gap assessment.
The integrations are super easy to configure, and enrich the compliance data quickly, providing confidence that your configurations align with your policy, ensuring that what you say is what you actually do. This is capability not just compliance.
The platform is quick, easy navigate, and the Cyberheed AI is available across the whole platform, so asking it a question on one page, it has context from every other part of the platform. Simply asking it "what do I do next" provides really great guidance on how to tighten up what you've already done, or how to manage a challenge in the assessment.
As a consultant, the pricing works really well for both me and my customers, I've not had anyone baulk a the price so far!
Lastly, the onboarding and support has been great. The team at Cyberheed have really taken a lot of time and attention to make this process easy, and they are always super responsive to any query or request I send their way.

I really found Cyberheed's AI capabilities in Enterprise Compliance to be a game changer. It was amazing how it made everything easier; from checking our policy and evidence to having a chat AI that explained the kind of evidence needed or clarified unclear policies. This feature felt like having our own expert consultant at any time. It significantly reduced the time needed for audit readiness by about 70%. I also appreciated the setup process; it was extremely easy. And once all evidence was submitted, it made future audits so much more manageable as we only had to update evidence yearly or monthly depending on the control requirement.
