## About Enlivy
Enlivy is a commercial operations platform built for service businesses. It connects proposals, contracts, invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliation in one system, replacing the patchwork of disconnected tools that most agencies, consultancies, and freelancers rely on to run their revenue cycle. Most service businesses stitch together separate tools for each step between winning a client and getting paid: one app for proposals, another for contracts and e-signature, a third for invoicing, and a spreadsheet to track who actually paid. Each handoff means re-typed data, missed context, and hours of manual reconciliation at month-end. Enlivy replaces that stack with a single connected platform where each step feeds into the next without re-entry. The workflow is straightforward. Users create proposals with modular sections and pricing tables. When a client accepts, the proposal converts into a contract with built-in multi-party parallel e-signature, supporting amendment chains and full audit trails. When the work is complete, an invoice is generated directly from the signed contract, with automatic tax calculation, custom numbering series, and multi-currency support. Payments are tracked and matched against imported bank statements automatically. EU e-invoicing is native to the platform. Enlivy connects to PEPPOL and national platforms including ANAF eFactura in Romania, validates required fields before transmission, and maintains a complete exchange history on each invoice. This matters increasingly as EU countries make structured B2B e-invoicing mandatory, catching businesses without compliant tools off guard. A branded Customer Portal gives clients passwordless access on a custom domain to view documents, accept proposals, sign contracts, and pay invoices. Everything the dashboard does is also available through an API-first architecture: a full REST API, webhooks, Slack and Zapier integrations, and an MCP server that allows AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT to interact directly with business data.
