The platform runs the full revenue cycle without switching tools. Users create proposals with modular sections and pricing tables. When a client accepts, the proposal converts into a contract with built-in e-signature supporting multi-party parallel signing and amendment chains with full version history. Once the work is complete, an invoice is generated directly from the contract with automatic tax calculation and multi-currency support. Payments are tracked and matched against imported bank statements.
E-invoicing is native to the platform, not an add-on. Enlivy connects to PEPPOL and national platforms including ANAF eFactura in Romania, validates all required fields before transmission, and maintains a complete exchange history on each invoice.
A branded Customer Portal gives clients passwordless access to view documents, accept proposals, sign contracts, and pay invoices on their own domain.
