## About Engrana
Engrana is a conversational CRM for companies with recurring customers. It includes its own client database and booking calendar, so it replaces sector specific management software instead of sitting on top of it. An AI agent handles customer conversations 24/7 with real context, knowing who is writing, which appointments they have and what they booked before. It works on WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, and it also takes phone calls, so a customer who prefers to call gets the same answers and can book without waiting on hold or leaving a voicemail. From that single point of contact Engrana books, moves and cancels appointments across independent calendars per team member, manages waiting lists by preferred time slot, sends reminders before and after each visit, asks for reviews at the right moment and helps reply to the ones that come in, runs segmented campaigns by visit frequency or service, flags prepaid packages about to expire, blocks customers with unpaid balances and collects deposits through Stripe. Owners receive the business reports they choose straight to WhatsApp. Its typical customer is a small or mid sized company with a high volume of customer messaging, from law firms and accounting practices to clinics and service businesses. Engrana is horizontal by sector rather than built for a single vertical, and it connects with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho and Stripe when a company wants to keep its existing CRM. Pricing starts at 89 euros per month with no lock in period. Setup and configuration are quoted per project.
