The plaform ensures that each and every task is completed properly and our staffs does get confused about what to do and what not to do during the working ours. It also maintains the standard of service in our showroom. **What do you dislike about ProjectBoard?** The software is very useful for the team and it really settles maximum chaos that earlier we use to face while working with a large team just the issue that bothered us regularly was giving training of this tool to our new employees which takes more than 25 days and this is lot of time in a fast paced service industry like us and it one of main challange that we face on the day to day basis. **What problems is ProjectBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?** ProjectBoard is one of oldest tool that we use and it arrange all the tasks in a certain way that we easily understand, which all has been done and which all has not been done and this birfurcation of work helps us in settling a priority for our to-do work list. From our first descriptions of our event needs through customization, execution, and supplying detailed analytics they were always available to find solutions that met our needs. I particularly enjoyed their willingness to customize elements to better suit the needs of each of our target audiences in a fun and playful manner. They were also excellent at helping us identify specific metrics to be able to share with our participants and supporters which areas of the site were getting the most engagement **What do you dislike about ProjectBoard?** Something the projectboard team was very helpful in working through with us was finding the right balance to ensure a safe and secure environment for student participants without the overall registration process becoming a barrier to those wishing to participate. **What problems is ProjectBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking for a site able to manage a large number of participants and share detailed information from different supporters and mentor groups that would be easily accessible to participants and allow them to engage with the site in different ways. The whole team was lovely and receptive to any and all requests we made. From creating two incredible and interactive lobbies to helping us personalize the experience from start to finish. It was not only an easy process but also an enjoyable one! I deeply appreciated the lengths their team went to to make the event, data collection and overall experience were delightful both on the backend and public-facing aspects. I am already looking forward to the next event I get to work on with the ProjectBoard team! **What do you dislike about ProjectBoard?** Any little bumps or issues that arose during our time working together was quickly handled. The team was always on the ball with fixing bugs or adding in last-minute requests. Their communication was clear and they always checked in to make sure we were happy with the results! So nothing to dislike as all issues were handled quickly and with grace. **Recommendations to others considering ProjectBoard:** If you feel hesitant reach out to the team to chat about your needs! They were able to offer solutions to problems we came to the table with and worked with us to creatively solve any issues that arose through the process. In my 10years in event management, this was by far the easiest platform process I've had the pleasure of being a part of. **What problems is ProjectBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem that led us to ProjectBoard was how to create a fun online experience for screen fatigued kids. We needed a platform that was not only fun to use but also accessible and customizable to fit our event layout and sponsorship requirements. ProjectBoard was able to deliver on all of these aspects and even had a wonderful team that worked with us. They were helpful, collaborative, and overall made the process as smooth as possible. We pushed their existing infrastructure to a new level to put on the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair. This was our second time running the event virtually, but the previous year we did not showcase student projects and judge them. ProjectBoard allowed us to do that better than we could have imagined on top of all the other parts of ISEF. The software is excellent, but more than anything, the people behind it are the best part of ProjectBoard. **What do you dislike about ProjectBoard?** The platform can feel a bit like a black box as an external user. Our organization typically has significant administrative control over all our software, and at times there was a lack of visibility on the progress that was a change for us. **What problems is ProjectBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?** ProjectBoard allowed Society for Science to put on a virtual Regeneron ISEF that was well above our expectations. Our finalists were able to build a community and showcase all their projects in a meaningful way. We hold ourselves to a high standard, and what we were able to achieve working with ProjectBoard was genuinely exceptional. ### 8. Winners advance to School Board level fairs, and then on to the Regional Fair. Our committee wanted to keep this structure, but in a virtual format. With the help of ProjectBoard, we were able to offer teachers and school boards a one-stop platform to host and judge their projects. Teachers were very pleased with the ease of use, finding it very user-friendly and noting how it helped their students structure and develop their projects right from the get-go. Judging was a breeze, giving organizers the ultimate flexibility in scheduling and accessibility. Projects were seamlessly advanced through the ranks, right up to the CWSF. Support from the staff at ProjectBoard was always friendly, effective, and fast. ProjectBoard customized their services to meet our needs, offering valuable solutions throughout the fair season. We were able to share the student projects with other students and the community partners for review. **What do you dislike about ProjectBoard?** We struggled with getting the right tabs to enable effective browsing of like projects though this was linked to our unusual need to keep many of the projects to limited access for privacy reasons for the clients. **What problems is ProjectBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?** We managed to hold a one-off showcase to manage pandemic teaching conditions.
