Whilst pricing did not differ greatly - EngageRocket stood out from the team, the product and the relevance to business needs. Less for my end. I envisage EngageRocket will often face questions from others on "industry norm" data - which I personally do not think this being relevant in an engagement survey.

We experienced an issue with the timely sending of reports, although I was impressed with the way that episode was handled. Responsibility was taken, senior management was notified and I was left feeling assured that the same thing wouldn't happen again.
