**What do you like best about EngageOne Communicate?**

I like EngageOne Communicate's customization capability, especially how it allows customization for each document type based on different conditions. The initial setup was very easy, which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about EngageOne Communicate?**

I find the speed of the Doc1 designer tool to be an issue. It feels slow, especially when the code or document is huge.

**What problems is EngageOne Communicate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use EngageOne Communicate for customer communications and document customization, which allows customization for each document type based on conditions satisfied by the input.

It’s very good at communicating upcoming events and sending reminders in a way that helps ensure I don’t miss any scheduled event.

There’s nothing to dislike here. I liked everything it has to offer.

I tend to forget about upcoming events, but I’ve been getting timely reminders.

The said communication management application is considered as easy to use due to its usability for non-technical staff.

**What do you dislike about EngageOne Communicate?**

limitation of this app, if the peronal is not able to underestand the techical done of automation in marketing. in fact the features can be limit to non technical people

**What problems is EngageOne Communicate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it resolve the issue related to customer data handling for communication and relevant decisions. this is very significant for marketing in future

It is a quick and very comprehensive solution, its package is quite intuitive and economical.

The limited audience and despite being complete and intuitive, the tutorials are limited and somewhat tangled.

Your customer service was quick and effective.

**What do you like best about EngageOne Communicate?**

I feel that engage one is one of the best cost effective CRM tool available in the market as we were able to choose only those services that we wanted.

**What do you dislike about EngageOne Communicate?**

Before the update, it needed high bandwidth of data, otherwise it used to take some time to load. But the software is getting improved over time.
Also, the other thing I sometimes dont like about it is fixed pricing.

**What problems is EngageOne Communicate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While working for my previous company, we used to generate some reciepts and statements, and Engage One was the most helpful tool for that.
