EngageBeat Reviews & Product Details

Occasional employee surveys provide only intermittent insight into daily team experience. EngageBeat is employee survey software for weekly pulse surveys in small and medium-sized businesses. Executives, HR and team leaders receive team-level results from short employee check-ins. Results describe the team as a whole, without individual scores or individual performance monitoring. Organisation reporting is included in all plans from three teams. Only aggregate values are shown, requiring at least three teams with at least five answers each per question, with no comments, individual team values or rankings. EngageBeat is GDPR-compliant and hosted by netcup in Nuremberg, Germany. The website uses no cookies or tracking. Team costs EUR 49 monthly or EUR 499 annually per team; Fokus costs EUR 79 monthly or EUR 799 annually, excluding VAT. Volume pricing is available for six to ten teams and individual quotes for eleven or more. A free 28-day trial covers up to three teams and can be ended during the trial. The app language is German.
