However, it is a feature we have on another platform, and we managed to connect an API between the two, which solved our issue. **What problems is Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?** Engage is helping us to have a learning ecosystem that is aligned with our profile and meets the needs of our people. ### 4. It has very good technical support—fast and efficient. **What do you dislike about Engage?** As improvement opportunities, I identify the following points: It is not functional for leaders or training administrators, since when trying to keep track of trainings there are no dashboards or indicators where you can easily see what percentage of people have progressed and who is still pending, nor quickly visualize which trainings remain incomplete and for whom. There is no way to see a training plan and understand its current status. This is a requirement in any ISO standards audit where knowledge or professional competencies are managed. Trainings cannot be automatically assigned by areas or job positions. The existing configuration options are not very flexible and sometimes they do not work. **What problems is Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?** ENGAGE attempts to solve the issue of training management within the company, but I believe it is a platform that wasn’t designed as an LMS; instead, it is more focused on the experience of the training itself. ### 6.
