Having used the tool for creating user manuals, this reviewer found Empler AI to be a great asset that simplifies work through task-specific agents and multiple language support. The only downside was that uploading files to chats proved to be confusing and not very user-friendly.
View Full ReviewI am glad that Empler AI’s GenAI Tools are part of my content creation process. I have found it provides me with lots of default categories for the kind of content I am generating – be it social media updates, blog articles, descriptions of products. I can note that the possibilities of customization for performing complicated tasks are not very diverse. One of the drawbacks is when it can be difficult to make the generated content sound like a particular brand or emulate a specific writing tone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After using Empier AI for a short period, I can already say it's a really nice AI tool as it allows easy changes of the AI models and is very straightforward to set up and get started. I would say it's a tool that I would use daily for sure. It also easily integrates all the known AI features in one place. They have nice support documents to help understand the model. As with most common AI tools, pricing is quite high for regular users in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Empler's easy-to-use GenAI Apps with Pipedrive AI Agent are a game changer. It allows us to reach our questions about our deals and contacts from a simple screen in the fastest way, saving us a lot of time. We also update our contact list once a month. LinkedIn to Pipedrive GenAI App goes to the LinkedIn profile URLs of the people in our contact list one by one in the background. If there are changes in their companies or Job Titles, it automatically updates and notifies us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It took us a while to realize that the contact list column headers and form fields must be the same name to run with bulk generation. However, we then contacted the support team. They guided us very quickly and were incredibly helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We were looking for a tool to build our GenAI Tools to help our processes, and we came across EmplerAI. No code is required. We write the use case we have in mind, and Auto GenAI App Builder builds the GenAI App in 10-15 seconds. It increased our creativity and gave us a competitive advantage in many areas at affordable costs. From texts to GenAI Apps with AI models, AI agents, and integrations... It is incredible! Although there are the best AI models and great AI Agents, their integration is limited. You may be limited when creating GenAI Apps that you want to work with real-time data. However, if you use the Scaleup plan, they can add the necessary integrations in 2-3 days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dashboard design is a little complicated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It offers all the features that AI software can generate such as AI images, AI chat, and AI writing and I loved the AI workplace for some features. It is very easy to implement and add a team we can use daily for our work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With so many features sometimes it becomes overwhelming for organizations to use all the relevant features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
