**What do you like best about EmbedOps?**

Once DojoFive fully built a CI system for us, we had reliable, fast, and very repeatable builds of our very complex embedded software project. The best part about the system was the people who built it. DojoFive was extremely responsive, answering Slack messages late at night or on weekends, working extremely hard to get us  back up and runnign whenever problems crept up. Their engineers are top notch and very knowlegeable about building CI systems for embedded platforms. They understood our complex and unique requirements and taylored the system exactly to our needs. They really know embedded, and worked very hard to create a custom build system for us piece by piece until we had a considerable percentage of our build and release tasks completely automated.

**What do you dislike about EmbedOps?**

Because every CI system is custom built for a particular project, and is based on the unique needs of that project, there will always be a learning curve for both the D5 engineers and the client who uses the CI system. During this time problems are found and bugs worked out of the system. Some architecture decisions were made by D5 which created an unreliable system in the beginning. They worked very closely with us to redesign the CI system knowing what didn't work intially, and in the end we had a more reliable build system that saved us countless hours compared to creating releases manually.

**What problems is EmbedOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EmbedOps is a platform upon which a Continus Integration CI system is constructed. CI systems automate significant amounts of repettivie work durig software development including running unit tests, static anlaysis, complex build processes and release build processes. This automation makes creating repeatable builds trivial, and this is a critical feature of any sufficiently complex embedded software system, particularly in highly regulated markets like medical devices.
