I wish that it was easier to get to the html code to make edits to the content of the emails. Right now I am having to google and learn how to open up the code so that I can manipulate the content because copy, paste, and insert do not work that well. **What problems is EmailOpen solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to ensure that everyone on my distribution list is receiving my emails rather than sending multiple emails through outlook and potentially missing groups within my audience.
