It really helps me for organizing my documents from my courses and the business that I manage. **What do you dislike about Claro?** Probably the lack of information, all of the benefits that I mentioned before, I had to discover myself. As well the interfaces for Claro Music and Video are very old. It seems that they do not care about those apps so much. I would suggest putting more effort into those apps because they are the only carrier that have all these awesome benefits. **What problems is Claro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Until now I had tried most of the carriers and Claro has the best signal of all. I live in a big apartment with thick walls and I always had problems not getting my wifi signal and as well, the signal from my carrier. But with Claro, I do have 4 bars from 5 and I was really surprised. And as I said, with Claro Drive I have already unsubscribed from Icloud. ### 2. They have good reviews from qualified businesses. There is Iphone apps for free that make photos look professional. It is hard to pay for a service that is already offered in so many free places. **What problems is Claro solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have different business platforms that benefit from this product. These platforms include advertising and managing specific content. Having those platforms look professional is of utmost importance. ### 4. But all over this is a great software to use. Competitors of Claro are cheaper and provide somewhat the same quality and features to some extent. Everything is good except the price, also the trial period is good enough with 2 weeks. **What problems is Claro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Productivity and Quality are two main things Claro is providing us. It can more better and easy to purchase it goes with the price. **What problems is Claro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Full resolution Image Analysis. Getting over Adobe Photoshop. Smoothen the works without any delay which makes the work really efficient and easy. Claro can be used on both Windows and macOS both. ### 7. Nothing missing in the user interface. works perfectly for me. I don't see it can be more perfect than the current version. The customer service responds quickly in case of problems or complaints related to the service, the refund is easy, even if it remains frustrating. **What do you dislike about Claro?** The price is quite expensive compared to its competitors, especially when you switch to roaming mode abroad during trips.
