Elium Reviews & Product Details

Elium is the European knowledge management platform that makes enterprise AI reliable. AI is only as good as the knowledge behind it, and most companies feed their AI assistants the same scattered, outdated content their people already struggle with. Elium fixes the layer underneath. The platform turns know-how spread across teams, tools and inboxes into one governed source of truth: verified, current and permission-aware, so people and AI agents see only what they are meant to. Every answer is tracked, whether it was served, missed or is at risk. Drift and gaps are flagged and routed to an owner, with a human in the loop. Three teams get the most from it. Global operations keep procedures correct across sites and languages. Customer service teams answer faster and more consistently. IT support teams cut repeat tickets by making the answer findable the first time. Elium connects to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Slack, Google Workspace, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence and Notion, and exposes knowledge to AI tools through a Model Context Protocol server, a GraphQL API and a search API. It works behind Microsoft Copilot, Glean, Dust and in-house assistants rather than replacing them. Elium is built and hosted in Europe, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, GDPR-compliant with a DPO and a DPA, and available as SaaS or private cloud, including French hosting on SecNumCloud-qualified infrastructure. Founded in 2008 and independently owned, it is trusted by 150+ organisations including VINCI Energies, Fnac Darty, L'Oréal and SPIE.
