Eleven VMS Reviews & Product Details

Eleven VMS is a European Vendor Management System (VMS) and part of the Mantu Group, a global business transformation group. Eleven VMS is dedicated to helping organizations manage and optimize their professional services and external service providers. Our platform helps organizations centralize, simplify, and control the entire lifecycle of professional services procurement, from sourcing and contracting to assignment management, invoicing, payment, and performance monitoring. Managing external providers can quickly become complex. Multiple suppliers, business stakeholders, countries, currencies, contracts, processes, and tools can make it difficult to maintain visibility and control. Eleven VMS brings these activities together in one platform, giving Procurement, Finance, IT, and operational teams a shared view of their external professional services. Eleven VMS also integrates with existing enterprise systems, including ERP and e-procurement environments, to connect data and streamline Source-to-Pay processes. This helps reduce manual tasks, improve data quality, strengthen compliance, and give organizations greater visibility over their external spend and supplier relationships. Beyond technology, Eleven VMS combines its platform with dedicated implementation, customer success, and professional services teams. Our approach is designed to support organizations throughout their VMS journey, from implementation and user adoption to continuous optimization. With more than 10 years of experience in Vendor Management, Eleven VMS works with organizations managing complex professional services environments across multiple countries. Our ambition is simple: transform vendor management from a complex operational process into a more transparent, efficient, and strategic function.
