First of all, it’s the ease of use. I'm not a developer and it took me several hours of training to build my first bot. They also have an online academy, knowledge base, users forum, and their customer care team react to users' inquiries really fast. This was really helpful for me as a user with almost no coding skills. Secondly, navigation is great. Functions grouping is very logical which makes the journey smoother. Even a junior IT specialist or any specialist with basic technical skills can build an automated process in the Studio. The second thing I like is the visual aspect. I like the interface and the overall design of the product, and the fact that ElectroNeek cares about users’ comfort. The Care Team is outstanding as well. There were no issues they haven’t solved or given assistance with. One fundamental thing I need to stress out is the pace of ElectroNeek’s development. I work with the company from the very beginning and the way it has transformed just amazes. ElectroNeek has made a great path from a newcomer to one of the leading platforms in the market which does not follow the trends but sets them. They always strive for improvement and that trait I really appreciate in ElectroNeek. But as a little improvement, I would add some simple ready-to-use processes, or a so-called automation library. This would make the setup process even easier. Our case has proved that RPA provides a rapid return on investments. The only thing that you would definitely need is an RPA enthusiast in your team, a person who is encouraged with and responsible for the successful implementation and maintenance of the technology. And also I would advise starting small, with a simple straightforward, and structured process. Structure and systematic approach are of vital importance, as robotics doesn't get along with chaos. We started using ElectroNeek for reporting tasks, simple yet very time consuming, e.g. a bot covered the daily routine of setting tasks, checking them upon completion, and forming a summary report based on this information. Then we dived deeper into the technology and automated our postal routine. We used to send hundreds of post mails with various notifications to our clients. Once a week one or two employees had to spend hours double-checking the tracking information of these mails to know the status of each. These took 2 or 3 hours of work. I like that ElectroNeek has a wide range of integrations. You can integrate any application with no barriers related to the employees' skills or roles. The second thing is the speed of implementation and the results. With ElectroNeek it's rapid. The outcomes are visible within the first day of implementation. It's still magic for us. And finally, the scalability of the product is simply impressive! ElectroNeek doesn't charge for the number of processes built so now we no longer need to make a choice among the processes, we automate as many processes as the business requires. And instead of “What can be automated?” we ask “What ELSE can be automated?”. We use ElectroNeek in various areas and the number of processes grows weekly by 5 percent on average. Particularly a business should assess the potential of automation, identify the most inefficient and costly areas where RPA has the biggest potential for bringing benefits. It should be mentioned that in the bigger picture, RPA, and namely ElectroNeek RPA, is an excellent choice to form a solid basis for future innovations in a company. We use the ElectroNeek digital workforce for several departments: accounting, HR, marketing, and procurement. In accounting, ElectroNeek helps us with billing. When you have 10 or 15 different products it is quite time-consuming to keep up with billing activities. Apart from the actual billing process bots make reconciliations, send notifications and reminders to customers and take the burden of manual copy-pasting and data mapping off the accounting department. Reporting was another nerve-racking task. Previously the employees spent hours manually collecting data from 10 or more other reports and sources to form a single management report. Now this routine is passed to the bot and we save a significant amount of time. As for the HR department, ElectroNeek helps us with candidates' scoring and search. The programmed bots execute web scraping from job search websites and social media groups, set filters to find the most appropriate candidates accordingly with the vacancy requirements. The candidates onboarding / offboarding has been streamlined as well. In marketing we leverage ElectroNeek to launch automated ad campaigns: bots collect relevant keywords, set targeting criteria, and design ads which frees our marketing team’s time for more in-depth analysis of performance rather than on the manual campaign setting routine. In our procurement division bots automate the procurement process including the filtering and compilation of thousands of procurement items, downloading the relevant items, forming standardized spreadsheets for further publishing on procurement portals. I would like to comment on several topics in your review. On the topic of flowchart, sequence and state machine: at the moment we have flowchart layout as it is the most understandable and convenient approach for beginners to get into RPA development. We also have sequences. This is sufficient for most of the RPA cases. Thank you for the idea about state machine - we might look into this at some point in the future. We have role-based approach to task mining functionality, and from this approach the role of admin in Discovery Bots is equal in its rights to system administrator plus higher-up supervisor in the company. Admin is supposed to have access to anything an employee does at the workstation. I would like to highlight that admin (or anyone else) has no access to sensitive data itself - only the type of actions (copy-pasting, filling in the forms etc.) that are standard for repetitive tasks are visible. No infringement on user policy takes place.
