It let management roll-out pretty quick on our end, since less time had to be spend training everyone. On top of that, I had a pretty easy time putting my rather moderate coding background to good use to add some nifty features on my own for automation. **What do you dislike about ElectroNeek: RPA and AI Platform?** I've outlined this a bit before, but I found that the JavaScript-only part of the intra-program coding a bit limiting since I mainly worked with Python before. There are obviously workarounds, but just having it in without those would be nice for a later update. Besides that - not many complaints. I just start the process of data extraction or image recognition from scans, and it does the rest. I am a big fan of football, and coincidentally I am a sports analyst (idk how I got so lucky). I like electroNeek because it can combine all the information about players that I want in minutes even though some info is in the legacy system, and most of it has in different types. **What do you dislike about ElectroNeek: RPA and AI Platform?** It can’t predict who wins the game! Haha. Honestly, the implementation part was a bit tough because my granddaughter says that Excel is my top level of knowing how to work on a computer. Well, she was wrong. Even from a programming perspective, it was very easy to use and become familiar with - one of the fastest software familiarity experiences I've had. I have some background with JavaScript so that definitely made it easier, but some of my coworkers do not and they seemed to have an equally simple time using the software. It let me automate a few key processes on my end of the banking transaction approval - kept thing nice and streamlined. **What do you dislike about ElectroNeek: RPA and AI Platform?** While I can't speak for others without a programming background the fact that it uses almost exclusively JavaScript can be a bit limiting. Often there are some shortcuts within Python that I wish to use, and I can't plug them in as easily without using some workarounds they offer. At the price the offer, they have a very competitivve RPA software that really lets the people doing the work get the brunt of the RPA benefits by allowing me to implement it where I need it. With further training of the office staff, I see no reason why we cannot get it done in 1 day.
