Excel functions are practically useless. Speed. Instability. How inconsistent a robot will run on similarly set up environments, resulting in instability. Limited definitions of HTTP Requests. Robots can and will cause programs to crash, with no way to trace how or why. Lack of some logical functions such as Switch Statements. Lacks the ability to combine keystrokes with mouse clicks **Recommendations to others considering ElectroNeek: RPA and AI Platform:** While cost may be a great factor in choosing Electroneek, be sure to test other products before making this decision as it appears to be the perfect solution more than it actually is. No modern-day software product should force you to purchase a full license to try out the product, which is what happened to us. That should normally trigger all the red flags that this may be a trap, which it is. It's an immature product that was likely rushed to market and we are watching a company scramble to release updates to cover up some glaringly obvious holes in the product. While no software is perfect, the flaws possessed by Electroneek are very dangerous, particularly in the context of finances, and our numerous complaints forwarded to the support staff of Electroneek are a testament to that. Despite this, our support agent named Shamil has been fantastic in his support over the last few months. I've been into RPA for 3 years now, the typical case: a huge bill for several workflows, with ElectroNeek that came to an end, there's literally no limit for automation. On average, we spent around an hour on the report so we had to stay later. Thanks to Bob, our head of Human Resources, who found ElectroNeek we automated data extraction from Salesforce and invoices and enter it to final spreadsheet with team members' results. It also automatically notifies our magares when the report is ready which is better than we expected, to be honest. **What do you dislike about ElectroNeek: RPA and AI Platform?** It froze a couple of time with no particular reason, but after next release it stopped.
