Regarding your issues with recognition of pdfs - we have integration with Microsoft and Google OCR. You can convert your pdf file to image (it takes a few seconds) using ElectroNeek's activity and then process it with these engines. The business model this company has, I find it absolutely disruptive. I've been into RPA for 3 years now, the typical case: a huge bill for several workflows, with ElectroNeek that came to an end, there's literally no limit for automation. Their customer care is also outstanding, super quick response and one of the most friendly teams I've worked with in my entire career, for me there's nothing more important than immediate help whenever I'm in trouble. It's incredible hos fast and accurate this product gets things done, I'm a HR specialist with 10 years of experience and I'm familiar with the software that makes HR specialist's life easier, but I must say that this product left me absolutely speechless. I use ElectroNeek RPA to optimize my usual workflow involving documentation, which is 90 percent of my job. Which is why it was so handy at the time when we got extra work and had to be in the office 12 hours per day. ElectroNeek RPA performed simple, rule-based tasks that usually took my team 15 minutes to handle (each). ElectroNeek platform allowed our team to stop worrying about daily and weekly reports which was a headache for the most of us. On average, we spent around an hour on the report so we had to stay later. Thanks to Bob, our head of Human Resources, who found ElectroNeek we automated data extraction from Salesforce and invoices and enter it to final spreadsheet with team members' results. I have vast experience with different IT or IT-like platforms and systems, and many of them have one problem - they create lots of functions, but most of the services are not used often. We mainly automate our unique banking processes, and the main issue there is local applications without API, so it’s either you have to find the code somehow and modify it directly, or you can use the ElectroNeek platform to interact with the apps on the interface level.
