**What do you like best about Elba by Kolsetu?**

I really like how the setup of Elba by Kolsetu is very simple and smooth. The voice recognition and voice-to-text features are really good, making sure I never miss a call. It has, by far, the best voice-to-text recognition and it's compliant with European Union laws.

**What do you dislike about Elba by Kolsetu?**

Nothing I can think of right now

**What problems is Elba by Kolsetu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved my problems of customer acquisition through phone calls. I never miss a call because of features like voice recognition and voice-to-text. Customers averse talking to bots were also comfortable.
