EffectvHire Reviews & Product Details

EffectvHire by Effectv helps teams hire with clarity by turning subjective hiring into a structured, skill-based decision process. It sits on top of your existing recruiting stack (it doesn’t replace your ATS) and brings an intelligence layer to define what “good” looks like before you review candidates. Using SkillDNA, your team aligns on the specific technical skills, leadership capabilities, and domain expertise that predict success in your organization. Candidates can be screened and scored against that SkillDNA with clear evidence of strengths and gaps. Interview planning becomes consistent and easier to coordinate across stakeholders, and a decision dashboard consolidates evidence for side-by-side comparisons and better debriefs. The result is faster shortlists, reduced bias from unstructured opinions, and more confident hiring decisions for senior, high-impact roles.
