eFax is an all-in-one faxing solution that provides me with my personal fax number and the ability to send faxes to anyone anytime anywhere I like the fact that I am helping to upload my documents very simply and easily and I can trust that they'll get to their destination as promised! I like that the website as well as the phone application is very user friendly it allowed me to upload my documents quickly and easily without fuss and send them quickly and easily without fuss another thing that I truly like is the fact that it sends a confirmation to let me know that my fax was successfully sent and received! The one thing that bothers me the most and I do not like about the effect services that there is a big lag time with synchronization from items uploaded on the website to them being updated on the mobile application. If I do something in one place like the mobile app I need that to be updated instantaneously and the other place like the website as well. The second thing that I dislike was that the customer service agent had a language barrier that made it difficult for me to understand him when I needed to call and for help with my account. It is HIPPA compliant and very easy to use either in a web browser or with the software you can download and install. I actually prefer the downloaded software version because I can drag & drop files into it and preview my faxes before I send them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When it comes to documents requiring signatures, especially for those who live out of state, it's incredibly convenient and easy to use efax.
