As soon as I had it running, my Moodle immediately looked so much better for it. They have many options, some of which even inspired me to make changes to my courses and pages. And it's quite simple to use—they offer documentation and tutorials that help. Another important factor that has pleased me a lot is that when I've had issues, their customer support has answered quickly and effectively, and it always seems to be an actual person helping me out, not AI. **What do you dislike about Edwiser?** This is a greater reflection on my limitations than on Edwiser. I purchased the Edwiser Course Creator Annual License and then Edwiser Bridge Pro, and I am not tech-savvy. When installing and/or updating them, I get confused because they are separate archives, and I can't exactly tell which does what and to what extent both are necessary. But again, I feel this is 100% on me and not the product. And I must say it was all easy to install and get up and running. The only other thing I can think of that I dislike is that on a few layouts—the more complex ones with different texts in different fonts and sizes—when replacing the placeholder text, sometimes the formatting gets lost. But I have also found this to be true in all other similar products. **What problems is Edwiser solving and how is that benefiting you?** Edwiser was easy to install and immediately changed the look of my site, making it look more professional, clean, and easy to navigate. I find it's very easy to use, and the customer support is very helpful. ### 2. Being able to sell the courses in an online store format, with a modern appearance, is what I liked the most. **What do you dislike about Edwiser?** It is somewhat complex to be able to connect the bridge, you need to have technical knowledge. I have had issues when updating the version of Moodle and the bridge quickly becomes misconfigured. This generates a lot of stress. **What problems is Edwiser solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is updating the configuration with more technical support and with complementary tools like WhatsApp. ### 3. Additionally, it controls user access according to their payment status. This provides us with secure and real-time control of these processes, which are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. ### 4.
