What I don't like about Edge Protect is the absence of hardware specifically dedicated to the solution. This forces us to seek devices from other manufacturers to ensure the necessary infrastructure, which does not always ideally meet the needs of our clients. This point ends up generating a negative impact, as the integration of third-party equipment can result in compatibility difficulties or performance limitations in some situations.
