We can store vectors alongside other entities, like regular DB relations, so we no longer need lookups in a separate database for vector searches it uses ANN, so search results and the connection pool have never been an issue for us. Since it’s becoming AI-native, agents can run inside the DB, and we can do NLP to get direct insights without the overhead of extra queries, lookups, or separate database calls.
