Ecomz AI is an all-in-one ecommerce builder platform that helps merchants launch and operate their own fully branded, independently managed online stores without needing a development team. Each merchant gets one isolated commerce environment with a branded storefront website, custom domain, customer logib/signup, own customer base and login, products, categories, variants, inventory, cart and checkout, orders, payments, delivery settings, invoices, coupons, email notifications, customer management, reports, visitor tracking, SEO, analytics, and marketing integrations. Store data such as customers, products, orders, payments, conversations, analytics, AI knowledge, branding, and settings remains scoped to each individual shop. Merchants can design their storefront using themes, custom pages, branding controls, banners, landing pages, and a drag-and-drop page builder. Ecomz also supports 20+ payment gateway plugins, cash on delivery, configurable email gateways, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok tracking, automated SEO, sales reports, inventory reporting, and real-time visitor analytics. Each shop also includes its own dedicated AI sales and customer-support employee. The AI employee automatically and dynamically trained using their live products, policies, FAQs, business information, and uploaded knowledge documents. The AI can answer customer questions, recommend products, assist with supported order queries, and hand conversations over to a human merchant when needed. The AI employee can operate across the storefront chat widget as well as supported messaging channels including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and Telegram, while remaining isolated to the specific shop it represents. Each Merchant can generate shop branded native Android and iOS customer apps connected to the merchant’s storefront. Android APK/AAB and iOS builds can be sent for submission through the merchant’s own Google Play and Apple Developer accounts.
