Their public-facing company profile pages are clear, well presented, and easy to understand. Pricing has consistently felt fair and reasonable, and I appreciate that there’s always the option to choose higher-quality offsets when budget allows, or less expensive ones when budgets are tighter. **What do you dislike about Ecologi?** I can’t say there’s anything specific I dislike. Any auditability issues we had in the early days were addressed quickly and collaboratively. Overall, it’s simply that they offer some services I need and use, and other services I don’t need, so I don’t use them. **What problems is Ecologi solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking for a reliable, UK-based source of verified carbon offsets that is transparent and auditable. Paired with the public profile page, it makes managing and maintaining our carbon neutrality much easier. ### 2. The user experience is brilliant and engaging. The customer service from the team has been second to none. **What do you dislike about Ecologi?** Its very hard to fault Ecologi in anyway! One minor point would be, funding UK based projects is more expensive that international projects but that reflects the reality of costs across different geographies and is nothign to do with Ecologi **What problems is Ecologi solving and how is that benefiting you?** They've helped us introduce a nature positive hire scheme, which is helping us have different conversations with key clients. Biodiversity has not historically been a material topic for the business but customers wanted to see more from us - Ecologi has helped bridge the gap ### 4.
