Eclipta Reviews & Product Details

Eclipta is an omnichannel cloud contact center (CCaaS) built and operated by Axiona360. It gives customer service, sales and collections teams a single place to handle every conversation: voice calls, WhatsApp Business, Telegram, web chat and email. Agents work from any web browser with a built-in softphone, so there is no hardware to buy and no software to install. Route every interaction to the right person. Design your call and chat flows on a visual drag-and-drop canvas: IVR menus with keypad and speech input, chatbots, queues with automatic distribution, business hours with holidays, voicemail and callback. Sell and collect more. Run outbound campaigns from your customer lists, with predictive and progressive dialing, click-to-call from the browser, a do-not-call list, call dispositions and custom forms for each contact. Collections teams record every payment promise and follow up on it. Automate with AI. Bots answer frequent questions 24/7, query your own systems through APIs and hand the conversation to an agent with full context. AI summarizes every chat when it is closed, and speech recognition captures data in the IVR. Supervise and measure. Supervisors see queues and agents live, listen to recordings, download conversations, run satisfaction surveys after calls and chats, and export reports on contacts, abandoned calls and agent pauses. Made to fit your operation. What sets Eclipta apart is that Axiona360 owns the platform and has its own development team. We build custom integrations with your CRM or ERP, tailored flows, dashboards and new features for your operation, and we keep improving them with you. Eclipta runs on AWS, Google Cloud and Cloudflare, with roles and permissions per user, and each customer's data kept in its own isolated space. You can keep your phone numbers and SIP trunks when you move from an on-premise PBX or a traditional call center. Setup takes days, not months, and you add or remove users whenever you need to. Eclipta is available in Spanish, English, French and Portuguese. Pricing is per user per month, starting at 5 users, and every plan is quoted to fit your operation.
