It was very simple. It did the job, however, it was not the right software for the office that I was working at which employed more than 15-20 employees. All the different departments had to use Eclipse for scheduling. While you could make a different "case" for the patient for the different departments, often times it was very confusing for the secretary/patients. There should be an easier way to organize that.
