## About eAuditor
eAuditor is an on-premise IT management and monitoring system developed by the Polish vendor BTC Sp. z o.o., installed and run locally on the customer's own infrastructure rather than in the cloud. The system covers four core areas: IT inventory (computers, servers, software, devices, files, printers), IT monitoring (network, users, applications, email, server room conditions), IT management (remote installation and administration, patch management, helpdesk, LMS), and IT security (BitLocker encryption management, firewall management, 2FA, data leak prevention/DLP). The product incorporates AI-driven features, such as automatic website/process classification and ChatGPT integration, and is backed by over 20 years of market experience with more than 1,400 installations. Unlike its cloud-based counterpart, eAuditor Cloud (a SaaS solution), eAuditor is deployed on-premise within the client's own environment.
