Easyfleet Reviews & Product Details

EasyFleet is fleet maintenance software built for small and mid-sized fleets that run their own shops — trades contractors, school districts, hauling companies, and service fleets that have outgrown spreadsheets and paper forms but don't need (and can't justify) an enterprise fleet platform. It covers the full maintenance workflow in one system. Work orders run in a simple mode for small crews or a standard mode with technician timers, supervisor review, and sign-off. A built-in form builder — including smart import that converts your existing paper or PDF inspection forms into digital checklists — feeds a compliance tracker for inspections, registrations, and licence renewals, with due-date reminders before things lapse. Parts inventory is tied directly to work orders, with reservations, issuing, and a full stock history, so parts used on a job actually come out of inventory. Separate portals for fleet managers, shop staff, drivers, and vendors keep each role in the view it needs, and telematics integrations with Geotab and Samsara connect vehicle data to maintenance schedules. Pricing is straightforward: $5, $10, or $14 CAD per actively managed unit per month depending on tier, billed monthly, with a 30-day free trial — no per-seat charges and no annual contract required.
