**What do you like best about Easy WMS?**

I have no doubt that Easy WMS did simplify our order fulfillment operations. Wave picking accelerated the picking and pack process while real time replenishment ensured that it was rare to run out of stock. The result was enhanced customer satisfaction and decreased order fulfillment errors.

**What do you dislike about Easy WMS?**

Easy WMS has difficulty with serialized inventory management. It doesn’t appear to have the ability to assign individual serial numbers to each product. This results in a massive data burden that we are unable to trace individual products and experience difficulties during audits.

**What problems is Easy WMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy WMS has helped in streamlining our warehouse in myriad ways. Faster picking and fulfilment also mean quicker delivery times and increased customer satisfaction. Introducing a new system for tracking serial number increases system complexity and bring about data fragmentation.
